I've try to follow information to connect the camera, but without result.
Could you please help me for soft my problem.
Thank you for contacting Contour support. If you're using 4.0.4 and having trouble pairing your camera, can you please confirm that when you are attempting to pair the camera to your Android device, you first going into the Android's Bluetooth settings and then pressing and holding the Camera's Bluetooth button for a full 5 seconds before releasing? This will put the camera in pair mode and make the camera discoverable. I should also note that once paired, you should NOT hold the Bluetooth button for 5 seconds, and instead should simply press the Bluetooth button once. If held for 5 seconds, the camera will be attempting to pair and will not be discoverable by your Android device. However, if after properly pairing the camera you still have trouble, can you please try unpairing all Bluetooth devices on your phone, power cycling the phone, and then trying to pair again before launching any apps. Hopefully these steps will resolve the issue, but if you continue to experience this issue, please let me know.
thank you for your quick response.
I wish you a happy new year.
Ok for your answers. It's ok now.
I've a second question.
there is a android soft for watch movie on mobile?
With Contour connect I can just Command caméra and not watch movie
(for example a version contour storysteller for mobile).
thank for your answers.
have a good day.
Thank you for asking. While we do not have any software for mobile devices other than the Contour Connect app, if you wish to view your videos on your phone, your Android device, you should be able to do so by inserting your microSD card into your Android device. Any program that is able to play .mp4 videos should be able to play the videos. However, if played back this way, the GPS data will not display.
