How deep can the waterproof case go?
The waterproof case for the ContourHD 1080p is rated for a depth of up to 10 meters (30 feet). The waterproof cases for the ContourGPS, Contour+, and ContourROAM are all rated for a depth of up to 60 meters (180 feet).

My camera won't fit in the waterproof case.
Each model of Contour camera has a specific waterproof case that they work with. If you get the wrong case, then the camera may not fit or may be too loose in the case. In addition, using the wrong case will also likely cause the power and record buttons to work incorrectly.

Using the GPS or Bluetooth work underwater
Just using the case will not prevent the GPS or Bluetooth functions from working. However, both Bluetooth and GPS signals will be greatly diminished by water, and wil not work well underwater.

The record slider on the waterproof case won't work. Why?
1080p and 720p We have found that some of our waterproof cases for the 1080p have a switch that does not fully activate the record switch inside the camera. Universal Mount
The Universal mount is an add-on for the older Contour cameras that allow the camera to be mounted on a tripod or any other 1/4" 20 threaded device.
