microSD card shows full with all movies removed
If you are using a Mac, the chances are that you have not emptied the trash. When you delete files on a Mac, they go to the trash and continue to take up space on the card until you empty the trash. To correct this, don't forget to empty the trash on your Mac BEFORE you eject the camera. This will free up space and make room for new recordings.

Inserting/Formatting my Micro SD card
I'm trying to insert my micro sd card into my new Contour roam 2 and it won't seem to stay inserted or click in. I then try to format the micro sd card and nothing happens. Is the sd card supposed to click in or am I just an idiot? If anyone can help me out that would be great.

MicroSD HC - 4Gb (class 4 by Toshiba) and 16Gby (class 2 by Sandisk) are not recognised / formatted by contour+2, the red light flashed and could not turn into green.
